What should I bring?

Answer

May will be at the tail end of the Pacific North West rainy season, so please be sure to bring a rain fly and an umbrella if you have one. While at Rialto beach, the weather can be unpredictable and it will be crucial to be well prepared. Don't forget to wear some layers, and waterproof shoes should be something to take into consideration.

We would like for you to be comfortable, warm and dry. Please feel free to wear a nice shirt for photos.

What is the Lake Crescent Lodge like?

Answer

The Lodge was built in 1916, and is pretty remote. While there are some cool features, such as a gift shop, bar, and WiFi (offered only in the Lodge's lobby), the rooms have only the essentials.

What food options are available?

Answer

Lake Crescent Lodge has a restaurant on site. This is on a first come first serve basis, and breakfast is served from 7:30-1:30, Lunch from 11:30-2:00 and dinner from 5:00-8:00. Otherwise all other food will be off site, and ranging anywhere from 10-35 minutes away from the Lodge. Review our recommended sites on the website for a few food recommendations. Please keep in mind that the majority of rooms have limited kitchen accommodations, so if you decide to pack in food, be sure to purchase items that don't need to be cooked and bring a cooler.
