Hike with Shyam

9:00 am - 11:30 am

Hike will be of shyam’s choosing.

All of the men are welcome to join Shyam on a wedding day hike. Please bring snacks & water if you choose to participate. Meet at the Elysian retreat so that you can all drive together. You will be picking up the lunch order and back to the Elysian by noon. :)

Meet at Elysian Retreat

2:15 pm

Due to parking availability at the ceremony location, we will all be meeting at The Elysian Retreat (if you are not already there) in order to carpool to the ceremony spot. WE WILL BE LEAVING FOR THE CEREMONY AT 2:30pm!!!! Don’t be late :)

Ceremony

3:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Family photos to follow ceremony

Please wear comfortable shoes. There’s a bit of rocks to get down to the ceremony spot so want to make sure you guys are comfy & safe! You can always bring heels if you would like to change once down on the ceremony spot.

Celebrate with the newly weds!

4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

You can change into heels at this time if you choose to do so

This is when we will do toasts, first dance, Bride/Father & Groom/Mother dances.

Cocktail Hour

5:30 pm - 7:45 pm

Bride & Groom will be leaving cocktail hour at 5:45 pm for a sunset adventure session with their photographer. Enjoy each others company during this time :)

Reception

7:45 pm - 9:00 pm

This is when dinner will be served. Followed by dessert, cake, and dancing!

After Party

9:00 pm - 11:45 pm

The Elysian Retreat staff will begin cleaning up/tear down reception table around 9/9:30 pm. Music will be moved inside at 10 pm. Everyone is welcome to continue to celebrate with the bride and groom :)

Explore Sedona with the Bride & Groom

1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Comfortable clothes! Workout set, tennis shoes etc.

Jacqueline & Shyam will be taking you guys to their favorite spots in Sedona! Prepare for walking/light hiking.

Family Game Night

7:00 pm

Comfy clothes

Everyone bring your favorite games! We will be having a game night & order some take out for dinner :)
