Question

What changes have been made in response to the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

We moved our venue! The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be OUTSIDE. Ceremony seating will be socially distanced and all cocktail and dinner tables will be spaced to follow restrictions in place. Masks will be provided and although they are not mandatory (while outside), guests are encouraged to wear one. Bathrooms are located inside of the museum and masks are mandatory to enter/use the facilities.

Answer

The RSVP page of our website is active. Please RSVP accordingly as all previous replies have been deleted.

I already booked my hotel room for your 2020 wedding - what should I do?

Answer

We've contacted the hotel and any reservations that were previously made have been cancelled. A new link and code is available for guests to book a room for our 2021 date. Visit the "Accommodations" page.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

By 5:45 PM - here comes the bride at 6 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - The Reading Public Museum has a free parking lot.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes - we will be providing a shuttle to and from The Reading Public Museum for our guests staying at the hotel.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes - please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. All dinner meals are naturally gluten free. Vegetarian options are also available upon request.
