We're Getting Married!

JacQue' and Elijah first met in 2016. JacQue's father was highly convinced that Elijah and his daughter needed to meet for some odd reason. Ironically, JacQue's father and Elijah worked together at Honeywell. With ALOT of pressure and frequent check-ups from JacQue's father at work, Elijah finally decided to reach out to JacQue' via text hoping that she would not text back. Elijah's plan was to deliver the "no response" message to her father the next work day with the hope that he would avoid trying to set them up. In comparison to, JacQue' also developed a plan to tell her father that Elijah had not reached out to her either. Obviously, these two plans did not work at all. =) JacQue' responded to Elijah's text message and the two took a few months to get to know each other. In late October, Elijah finally asked JacQue' out on a date to Side Pockets in Lee's Summit, MO. On the initial date night, Elijah and JacQue' were debating to determine if a) Elijah should come pick JacQue' up from her residency or b) to meet at Side Pocket's. Surprisingly, during this conversation via text, Elijah and JacQue' found out the they were neighbors! As a result, the two decided to meet outside in front of their apartment complex. JacQue' and Elijah both enjoyed their first date and decided to go on many more! Now, after six years, we are getting married! We're so excited for you to join us as we say "I do" at our destination wedding on June 25, 2022. Thank goodness for JacQue's father! See you soon! <3
