Formal attire is encouraged, but please dress to your comfort.
Please RSVP by January 10, 2024.
You can RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab! If you have any complications please contact us at 315-870-4131 (Sydney) or 315-657-4187 (Jake).
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00pm. You are welcome to show up 15-20 minutes early to socialize and find your seat. If you have a habit of being late the ceremony begins promptly at 1:45pm for you. Rule of thumb: If you're early, you're on time. If you're on time, you're late!
All plus ones were previously accounted for when invitations were sent out. If you did not previously communicate a plus one, please contact us at 315-870-4131 (Sydney) or 315-657-4187 (Jake). Please be mindful that we are doing our best to keep this as intimate as possible (close family, friends, and church family).
Yes! If you have RSVP'd you and your children, they are more than welcome to come to the ceremony. Child care will not be provided, so please keep this in mind as you plan for your attendance.
Given that we will be having our wedding in March, in Upstate, NY, weather is expected to be below 40 degrees-- our ceremony will absolutely be indoors!
Our desire is to have one last hoorah where our families can send us off into this new chapter in a private and intimate way. The reception and its location will be shared by invitation only. However, all guests are welcome to celebrate with us immediately following the ceremony. Thank you for your understanding.
Currently, we do not live together, so you're free to send directly to Jake or Sydney's addresses. Please refer to the mailing details on our registry or reach out to 315-870-4131 (Sydney) or 315-657-4187 (Jake) to coordinate mailing. If you're not sure what to get, we would appreciate you sowing into our "New Home Fund," which can be found on our registry page.
Yes! We would love for you to be as present as possible in the moment. Although, capturing our day's beauty and love is important too. Please use discretion in phone use during the ceremony and post-celebration. Enjoy your time, but please don't get lost in your technologic devices.
Guests attending the on-site post ceremony celebration will have small bites, desserts, and non-alcoholic refreshments available to enjoy. Guests attending the private reception will have appetizers, buffet dinner options, and beverages provided, but are welcome to eat prior to the reception, as a formal, full course dinner will not be provided. Please check out our "Things to Do" tab for lunch and dinner suggestions for dining prior to or after our ceremony.
Yes! We love all types of food. We both have family members with dietary restrictions and want everyone to be able to enjoy delicious food on our joy-filled day!
