What should I wear?
Answer
Semiformal for men: a suit, button-down shirt with or without a tie, long pants. Avoid t-shirts, shorts, sandals, and sneakers. Semiformal for women: a wide range of dresses at any length, suits, and jumpsuits.

What are the wedding colors and theme?
Answer
Dark Green is the main color with white, blush, silver, and charcoal grey accents. The theme includes Spring greenery and florals too!

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive between 4:30pm and 4:45pm to allow ample time for seating before the ceremony.

The Ritz Charles has a large parking lot that will be free of charge.

What happens between the ceremony and reception?
Answer
After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will take pictures at the venue. All other guests will be welcome to a cocktail hour in the ballroom starting at 5:30 with light, passed hors d'oeuvres.

When will dinner be served?

We reasonably predict dinner to be served between 6:30-7:00 pm.

Are kids invited too?

Absolutely! You should be able to RSVP for each child in your party through the website.

What is the Kid's meal?
Answer
The kid's meal is Chicken Fingers, Mac n Cheese, Green Beans, and Fresh Fruit. The venue recommends this meal for individuals 12 and under.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We will have an "unplugged" ceremony and will ask everyone to refrain from using their cell phones and cameras during the ceremony. You are welcome to take pictures after the ceremony and during the reception.

What is the bar situation?
Answer
There will be an Open Bar with a champagne toast. Please be mindful of plans to get home or to your hotel safely.
