Yes! There is a large parking lot on site and the ceremony/reception is just a few steps away. There will be signs to direct you to the lot. Please do not park anywhere else on site
No, since Bailey is a small town, our guests will be staying at different hotels/rentals. If you are staying onsite with us, then there is no need for transportation to the wedding. We will have a couple of extra cabins available to stay the night if you are more comfortable with this option (at no additional cost). Note these are shared cabins with bunk-beds, but we would love for all our guests to have a fun and safe evening :)
Yes! Please see the travel and lodging page. There are a couple of hotels in the area and many Airbnb options. Please reach out if you need help finding lodging
We have the venue from late Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. There is a volleyball court, pool and poker table, outdoor firepits, hiking and much more on-site. Please come by at anytime after 3pm on Friday and enjoy!
If you are coming from out of town, thank you for making the trip! We would recommend that you rent a car. That way you are free to enjoy the beautiful surronding areas. The easiest way to get to and from the airport would be with a rental. Rideshare can be unreliable in smaller mountain towns, but it is an option
Please RSVP under the RSVP tab by June 30th, 2023. If you have any trouble with this, please reach out to us. If you enter one person in your party, everyone should come up
There is a limit to how many guests the venue can hold. That being said, we have invited family members’ children. When you enter your name in the RSVP, it will populate everyone invited in your party. If you have any concerns please reach out. Also, pets are not allowed :(
