Meet Grace! As the most patient of the Fallon sisters, it's no wonder she takes the role of maid of honor! Grace has been a huge role model and incredible mentor for Abby her whole life--her vast wealth of wisdom and humility keep Abby in check whenever she needs checking (which is quite often). Grace has recently gone through a name-change herself (CONGRATS to the Collerans!) and all her wedding expertise is extremely helpful to Abby as she overcomes her aversion to make plans of any sort. Abby counts her lucky stars for having such a loving, hilarious, and generous built-in best friend. Notable qualities: -She enjoys 150% dark chocolate that tastes like dirt to any sane person -She is an avid tea drinker (even if that means ordering a hot tea at Abby and Grace's favorite DC pub as Abby guzzles down gin)--catch her sipping tea while doing the stanky leg on the dance floor -She lived with Abby for a year in DC (God bless her soul) and has thrived as a city dweller--is there anything she can't do??? -She is a phenomenal artist, especially with water colors, and has helped make the wedding beautiful!
Josh Kingett
Best Man
A man of the people. Joshua Kingett walks among us, separate in his glory, but together in his humanity. A picture of both impeccable grace and immeasurable virtue, Josh's presence is oft accompanied by the pleasant sounds of songbirds. Josh is the second oldest in the Kingett family behind Shannon and is the oldest of Jacob's brothers. He and his beautiful wife, Emma, along with their adorable son, Brendan (and another son due in November), live down in Florida. He led the way for Jacob growing up, always being the first one to try something new and convince Jacob to try it as well. If it wasn't for Josh, Jacob might never have wrestled. Whether it was soccer, wrestling, or just hanging out in the cul-de-sac, he and Jacob spent innumerable hours growing up playing sports with the occasional video game sprinkled in when Jacob could convince Josh to stay inside for more than 30 minutes. As they grew older, Josh was Jacob's most consistent workout partner and became his best friend and closest confidant. Some of Jacob's favorite memories are hanging out with Josh in the basement drinking a couple beers and watching a movie or show after a day of work during college summers, running trails and weight training at Quantico with Tony Bango, coaching at John Paul together, spending the summer with Josh, Emma, and Brendan in Hawaii, getting taken down by Josh in front of Jacob's college coach, Steve Martin, and getting to stand beside Josh on his wedding day(s) as his best man.
Sophia Zdanowski

Meet Sophia! She is an expert-planner, pyscho-type-A-get-it-done kind of gal (classic oldest sibling syndrome); the Fallon clan is lucky to have her because she keeps them all in check! As the first Fallon sibling to tread down the aisle of matrimony, she is constantly throwing knowledge bombs our way and we gladly accept these bombs as they are ripe with realism and experience. Sophia may be the only Fallon gal capable of creating an itinerary and for that, we salute her and go about our merry unstressed, unthinking ways. Notable qualities: -She is a well-rounded traveler (need travel advice? I recommend chatting with Sophia about airlines, hotels, travel routes, what to pack, what not to pack, how to pack, how not to pack, how to deal with a husband during travel, how to deal with a husband in general etc.) -She is a self-proclaimed Dog Mom to her young son, Dax (Dax is spoiled and rotten and a poor excuse of a dog...but we love him!) -She had the absolute pleasure and honor of living with Abby during COVID for which Abby is eternally grateful because during this time, Abby and Sophia's husband, Dr. Dan the Man, were able to bond over cat TikToks, theological debates, The Tiger King, work laziness, and family shenanigans #blessed -She is incredibly skilled in event planning, crafts, DIY projects, FaceBook MarketPlace, and being a voice of reason for all who will actually listen
Joe Kingett

Joseph Kingett. Or should I say, Beelzebub's Bane. Joe is best known for his serenity, but underneath that peaceful countenance is a tremendous thirst for justice that knows no bounds. When awakened, Joe can fell a man or beast thrice his size without any sign of visible strain. When not seeking justice, Joe can be found in his study writing poetry or painting landscapes. Joe is the fourth born Kingett sibling and Jacob's immediate younger brother. He resides in Suffolk where he works as an engineer and is active in his church community as a member of the choir and regular attendee/coordinator of various young adult events. Joe was often in the next younger "tier" of sports teams and friends/relatives groups, but he and Jacob were able to share two years of high school wrestling together followed by two years together attending THE Old Dominion University. Some of Jacob's favorite memories with Joe have been simply hanging out while Joe or Chris played some various Nintendo game, trying to beat Megaman X in college in under an hour, coming up with ever more outrageous costumes for the Stihl Classic soccer games at ODU, playing board games with the family, and trying out new beers and grilled cheeses at the Birch.
Louisa Fallon

Meet Lulu (or Mary Louisa or Louisa or Mary Lou or Lulu PooPoo or Zaus or Dwisa etc.)! Where would the Fallon family be without their latte-extraordinaire, busy-body, fun-loving sister Mary Louisa?? As Abby's first younger sister, Lulu dealt with Abby's power leveraging ways like no one else in the entire world has (sorry!). Louisa is a fighter to her core (as exemplified in the many physical brawls she picked with Abby as a small child) and as loyal as a lioness. Abby and Lulu were mistaken for each other for most of their childhoods but Lulu has since reclaimed herself and become a woman Abby aspires to be. Notable Qualities: -She is super talented in the kitchen--whether it be with specialty coffees (with homemade coffee syrups of the lavender, peppermint, or vanilla variety), intricate baking, or as sous-chef to Matt Fallon, which is a tough role to fill, she's prepared for any culinary challenge -She is a #collegegirly studying studiously and excelling in excellence...or so she tells us when she's 10+ hours away from home at Belmont Abbey College -She raised a dog (Birdie) to be the exact replica of her ferocity and loyalty--TBD if this is a good thing... -She and Abby shared many things as gals growing up: a room, a haircut, clothes, barbies, American Girl Dolls, and countless memories
Christian Kingett

Christian Kingett is intellect personified. Chris's insights and subsequent actions often border on clairvoyance. Surprising Christian Kingett is akin to altering the very fabric of the world, as there is very little that he cannot anticipate. With a brain the size of the Grinch's heart (post Christmas), Chris's intelligence makes Will Hunting look like a toddler learning the alphabet and has earned him a spot on the councils of numerous world leaders and dignitaries. Chris is the youngest Kingett sibling, younger than Jacob by four years. He lives in Fairfax where he works in IT and spends much of his free time perfecting his disc golf. Growing up, Chris was naturally the best at everything for his age, including wreaking havoc during his years in elementary school, causing him to be the focal point of many family stories. Despite being the yougest, Chris has always found a way to carve out his own path while also standing out in the traditional routes he took, including a perfect SAT score (nerd alert!!!) and several wrestling accolades exclusive to him. Some of Jacob's favorite memories with Chris include many hours watching and playing video games, time spent playing ultimate in South Lake, playing disc golf (a hobby Jacob has enjoyed adopting from Chris) in a number of picturesque settings including Seattle and Alaska, and ~scenic~ Burke Lake during the annual Kingett golf/disc golf showdown, and watching various TV shows and movies together that no one else watches.
Anna Fallon

Meet Anna! As the youngest and most stylish of the Fallon sisters, we ladies go to her for advice in all avenues of life. Although she's still in high school, Anna has an unnatural depth of wisdom that philosophers such as Plato and Aristotle could never achieve. Anna was named after the Fallon matron, Ann, and as a result, has qualities of mom that Abby is envious of (including but not limited to: baking skills, a green thumb, unmatched zen, the art of story-telling, and a boat load of confidence). Anna has promptly ordered the Fallon sisters to refer to her as "master" and thus, she is our master. Notable Qualities: -She is a QUEEN nail tech--you'll see her handy work on all the bridesmaids! -She is a rice crispy treat pro which is confusing since there are max 3 ingredients in this recipe -She is arguably the most gen z Fallon (and she acts as interpreter and teacher for all our internet lingo needs) -She is undoubtably the favorite aunt and an outstanding babysitter!
Max Fallon

Maximilian Fallon. A man of many [middle] names. Ever the chameleon, Max knows how to blend in with any crowd. Rumors abound that Max's reputation as an undetectable international information gatherer has served as inspiration for the 007 series, Mission Impossible, the Man from U.N.C.L.E., Master of Disguise, Austin Powers, and John Cena. Now you see Max ~~~~ now you don't. Max is the 7th Fallon child and Abby's youngest brother. As a recent graduate, Max has started working as a painter and spends much of his free time perfecting his golf game. In the short time Jacob has known Max, he has greatly enjoyed getting to discover how funny and mature Max is. Jacob has also appreciated their light, yet competitive golf outings and the generosity Max has shown during Jacob's several stays up in New York.
Mary Fallon

Meet Mary! As an expert party-starter, we'll be feeding off of Mary's energy all evening! But seriously, it really isn't a party until Mary walks through the door!! Mary married Abby's brother, Alex, back in 2021 and ever since, she has been part of the crew, part of the ship throughout the family's highs and lows. Abby is eternally grateful for all of Mary's advice throughout the years--whether it was for college, friendships, work, relationships, family, or simply life in general, Mary has passed down stellar wisdom through it all. Notable Qualities: -She is a passionate and invested conversationalist--make sure to share a chat with her! -She is an outstanding SIL and mother of two ADORABLE children, Jane (our very own flower girl!) and Peter boy (junior ring bearer)! -She's coming all the way from Nashville, TN to out-dance everyone on the dance floor -She is the hardworking and incredibly ambitious creator, owner, writer, editor, and publisher of the renowned Roscommon Rambler
Alex Fallon

Many claim Hercules was just a Greek myth and that no mortal man can be that strong. I claim he is alive and well, but goes by the name Alex Fallon. It is said Alex travels to zoos all up and down the east coast trying to find silver-back gorillas to arm wrestle. He has yet to be challenged. Once, during his time as an airplane mechanic, a private plane was unable to get the speed necessary for take off so Alex decided to pick it up and throw it with one arm. Alex bats third in the Fallon line up and is Abby's oldest brother. He lives in Nashville with his wonderful wife Mary and their two incredible children, Jane and Peter, where he works as airplane mechanic. He has served as an excellent role model for Abby throughout their formative years and has been a fast friend to Jacob in the brief time they've spent together. While they have only had a handful of visits, Jacob has appreciated the hospitality Alex (and Mary) have shown him during their Nashville visit and especially loved getting to chat with Alex with nearly the same ease and enjoyment as he does with Abby.
Caroline Fallon

Meet Caroline! Who of us can compete with Caroline's line-dancing capacities?? Caroline is our down-to-earth voice of compassion and reason and has brought the Fallon family an unparalleled sense of calm ever since she married Abby's brother, Paulie, in 2023. Caroline is the perfect balance of relaxed and energized which makes her a serenely effortless mother to her little baby, James. She is easy-going and makes hard work look like a piece of cake--could you ask for more in a gal? Notable Qualities: -She makes a killer flower bouquet and in a pinch, she can adapt and overcome any scenario! -She is an excellent SIL and mother of Abby's favorite godson, little baby James (junior ring bearer)! -She has the distinct and unique ability to communicate with some of the most headstrong and unreasonable Fallons........not naming any names (Paulie) -She is coming all the way from the great Commonwealth of Virginia (God bless her soul) to be with us and organize all cha-cha-slides, cupid shuffles, cotton-eye-joes, etc.
Paul Fallon

Talk about HANDSOME. When you look up suave or debonair in the dictionary, you get a picture of Matthew Paul Fallon. Actually, his picture also shows up next to dapper, sophisticated, charming, heartthrob, polished, gallant, and "on fleek." Amazon reported that pages with Paulie's face on it were recorded as the "longest read time" pages among Kindle users across the US (and much of southeast Asia). They say that Amelia Earhart was well on track to circumnavigate the globe before she glanced at a photo of Paulie and got so lost in his eyes that she was never seen again. Paulie is the fourth Fallon child and is Abby's immediate older sibling. He, his loving wife, Caroline, and their wonderful baby boy, James, live in Front Royal where Paulie manages teams of landscapers all across Northern Virginia. As Abby's closest sibling in age, the two spent much of the formative years alongside one another. The result is a sibling dynamic of regular jokes back and forth underpinned by a deep love and care for one another that is comfortingly similar for Jacob and his relationship with his own siblings. Jacob has appreciated how welcoming Paulie has been throughout the times they've spent together and loves being able to joke around with someone who has such a similar sense of humor to his own.
Shannon Kingett

Meet Shannon! As the leading Kingett lady, Abby is pumped and proud to be sharing her name! Shannon makes family life lively and fun--when the Kingetts get together, it just isn't the same unless Shannon is there. As the oldest Kingett sibling, Abby largely has her and her outstanding example as a sister to thank for the way Jacob turned out. Shannon is extremely gifted in the musical arts as you'll see on December 14th! Notable Qualities: -She is beyond talented in the kitchen (specializing in cucina Italiana) -She owns the mean streets of NYC and JC and makes it looks like a walk in the park -She is a hardcore Swiftie -She is a master of all things Harry Potter and Broadway (marketing plug: go see Harry Potter and the Cursed Child--the effects are truly fantastical!) and has been a welcoming host to Jacob and Abby as she's given them a couple turns around the big city
Stephen Schweitzer

Some people look at Stephen and the first thing they see is his height. All I can see are his green thumbs. A modern day Gregor Mendel, Stephen hasn't just mastered the pea plant, he can do it all. They say all he has to do is whisper to a garden for his flowers to bloom. Some argue he must be part tree, not solely because he towers over the rest of us, but because of his ability to speak life into his precious bark covered friends. Stephen and Jacob have been friends since the beginning of their days roaming the hallowed halls of Forest Park High School. They grew closer together through the college years, especially after Stephen irreparably scarred Jacob late in their senior year. After college, the pair spent an entire month touring western Europe, visiting Copenhagen, Berlin, Kaiserslautern, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Venice, Florence, and Milan. It was quite romantic. Shortly after that trip, the two lived together for several years, tacking on another Europe trip and countless beerfests and breweries. Stephen married his exceptional wife Katie in 2021 and selfishly left Jacob to live alone. After a few years in Baltimore, Stephen and Katie moved out of the windy city, down the 1, across sunset, all the way down to Severna Park.
Gracie Hetzel

Meet Gracie! Her and Abby's friendship started way back when Gracie assumed Abby hated her (due to an intense RBF) and fortunately continues to this day! Some people have wondered how Abby can be so poetic? So poised? So emotionally invested in intrinsic beauty? The answer lies in Abby's longtime Muse, Grace Hetzel. Gracie and Abby met in NC, but made a connection that surpasses mere time and place--from longwinded chats, to intense essay edits, to school extracurriculars (#Agora), to a shared love of the North East, Abby is baffled that a woman such as Gracie exists. Notable Qualities: -She is the most epic and fastest marathon runner ever to exist--the Olympics have come and gone. Hetzel is just beginning. -She spends her leisure time reading books that lead to mid-life crises and then shares her newfound information with impressionable audiences (Abby) which leads to more mid-life crises -She speaks at a rate of 450 wpm--try to keep up! -She shares an aspiration of moving to New England and living in a lighthouse (and maybe going to grad school or getting a useless phd or reading a lot of Russian lit) with Abby
Kyle Swanson

Kyle "The Pipes" Swanson, also known at the Siren of Sicilia. He has a voice that would make a songbird cry, due to jealousy as much as appreciation. On her deathbed, Aretha Franklin requested a private concert, after which she is quoted as saying, "It's in your hands now, Kyle. You have my R.E.S.P.E.C.T." His rendition of "Love On Top" by Beyonce includes 17 key changes instead of the unimpressive 4 touted by the alleged "Queen" B. After hearing Kyle sing, Van Gogh decided there was nothing left in life to listen to that could compare. Kyle and Jacob began their friendship as rivals. Jacob moved to Ashland in 5th grade and lost to Kyle in the Presidential Fitness Test in both the mile and the flexed arm hang. It was a stinging defeat that Jacob will carry with him the rest of his life. The two became close friends in middle school, with Jacob spending a handful of afternoons sneaking onto Kyle's bus to hang out after school in addition to them wrestling together at Benton. In high school, they became as close as brothers, spending just about every free moment hanging out at one or another's house playing every sport known to man, recording mix tapes and videos, playing hours of video games, or making forts in the woods. He's a founding member of the Chubi Squad, Sober Bros, Tri7, and The Origin. He now serves the U.S. Navy and is stationed in Sicily, Italy.
