Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There will be shuttles from the Blue Chip Casino to White Oak Farm Venue prior to the ceremony and shuttles returning to the Blue Chip Casino starting at 10pm. Departing shuttles will leave Blue Chip promptly at 4:00pm and 4:30pm CDT. Pick-up will be near the event center. Returning shuttles will leave the venue starting at 10:00pm through 11:00pm CDT.

Is there a dress code?

Formal attire is requested.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We LOVE your kids! However, all of our events are adults only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

If you do not plan to ride the shuttle, there is plenty of parking available at White Oak Farm Venue. Cars must be picked up no later than 10am CDT on Sunday, June 9th.
