The ceremony and reception will be at the same location, Bluebird Manor. Please see the Schedule page of our website for the exact location. There will be transportation provided to and from the hotel accommodations (see Accommodations and Travel page of our website for this information). All venues are wheelchair accessible.
The easiest way to get to and from the wedding venue will be through the shuttle provided by the bride and groom. Shuttle departures to the wedding venue will be at 3:20pm from Fairfield Inn and 3:35pm from Homewood Suites. Please be in the lobby of your hotel 10 minutes prior to departure time. Alternatively, you can drive to the venue which has plenty of parking available within a quick walking distance to the ceremony and reception locations.
We plan to have the ceremony outdoors, weather permitting. In light of inclement weather, there is a backup plan to have the ceremony indoors on the property. The reception will take place inside of a rustic barn. While the venue is incredibly charming, it is still a barn and therefore does not have heating or cooling. We recommend coming prepared with layers at it could be cool in late September.

While we would love to have all of our loved ones at our wedding, only the children in the wedding party will be in attendance.

Our wedding ceremony will begin at 4pm. The cocktail hour and reception will immediately follow the ceremony. The reception will end at 10pm with an after party to follow. Details for the after party will be provided at a later date.
September in Maryland is typically warm. The weather may get cooler into the evening. Layers are recommended.
