Things To Do

Grenada is one of the most beautiful places we have ever explored! We are so excited to get to share it with you.

Grand Anse Beach

This beach has been voted as the "Most Beautiful Beach in the Caribbean." There are many hotels & restaurants along the beach (Mount Cinnamon included). If you hang out here, you must try Esther's Bar's mojitos!

La Luna & Grooms Beaches

These two beaches are right beside eachother and are the two beaches Sarah used to live on. La Luna resort offers day passes, or you can throw your towel under a palm tree for a good snorkeling spot right off shore of Grooms Beach! You can easily walk between the two beaches.

Magazine Beach

Magazine Beach is right beside the airport & is one of my favorite beaches on this side of the island! There is a nice restaurant called "The Aquarium" that you can get lunch at, or even rent chairs for the day.

Levera Beach

Levera Beach is known for the leatherback sea turtles who nest here during season. This beach is beautiful, but be careful in the water as sometimes tides can get pretty rough.

Welcome Stone

Located at the north end of the island, the Welcome Stone boasts beautiful views of Carricaou (Grenada's sister island) and other smaller islands close by. This would be a great stop if you were wanting to explore the north end of the island, and Levera Beach is very close!

Explore the Rainforest

Grenada is known for the beautiful rainforest in the middle of the island which is home to the Mona monkeys. There are a lot of different hikes you can do depending on what you are up for, and if you are lucky you may get to see/hear some monkeys! There are many different waterfalls in Grenada - the two most popular being 7 Sisters Waterfalls & Annadale Waterfalls. Annadale has a treehouse restaurant where you can get snacks & drinks while swimming in the water hole.

Snorkel the Underwater Sculpture Park

The Underwater Sculpture Park is a popular area to take a snorkel trip to. These sculptures were placed underwater to aid in the new growth of marine life and has been written about in National Geographic!

Visit Dodgy Docks

Dodgy Docks is a great way to experience a ton of different local foods in a fun environment. Every Wednesday True Blue Resort puts on Dodgy Docks where you can eat, drink, & dance!

Belmont Estates

Go for a tour of the Belmont Estates & see how they make their wonderful chocolates!

Restaurants in Grenada

Container Park - right by campus, this area has a few great, quick options! My favorite is Flavor House by Pratima. La Luna Resort - dinner here is phenomenal! I recommend trying to eat here once. Make an evening of it & get there for sunset, enjoy some drinks at their poolside bar before dinner right by the beach! Reservations are recommended YOLO sushi - located in the marina where huge mega yachts dock, this sushi place is pretty good 61 West - on Grand Anse beach this beach bar & restaurant is a perfect place to enjoy time on the beach while enjoying dinner Patrick's Homestyle Restaurant - right across the street from the marina, this dinner will be the most authentic Grenadian dinner you can find on the island. Expect to be there a while and go with an open mind. Don't leave without trying the Oil Down! Esther's Bar - located in the spice market right beside the Raddison hotel (Grand Anse). This is my favorite beach bar, ask Kimani to make you a mojito :)
