When is the wedding and reception?

Answer

The wedding ceremony begins at 4:00 PM and is followed by the reception, which ends at 10:00 PM.

Where can I stay?

Answer

Hilton Sacramento Arden West. Book directly through the Hilton website using wedding code WWW for a discount and a free shuttle service on the day of the wedding. If there are no more rooms available using this discount, please contact Keenan or Jackie BEFORE booking (we might be able to add more rooms to our block, but we can't retroactively apply discount/shuttle services to rooms booked through any other method).

Is parking available?

Answer

In addition to the complimentary shuttle from the Hilton Sacramento Arden West, free parking is available at Arden Hills at the front of the venue.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Semi-formal/cocktail attire.

What if it rains or is quite cold in January?

Answer

We hope to have our ceremony outdoors, but we have reserved an indoor option at Arden Hills in case of rain. Also, outdoor heaters are available in case of cold weather. The reception will be held indoors regardless of the weather.

Can I bring children or additional guests?

Answer

You can only bring the people listed on your invitation. If this is an issue, please contact Keenan or Jackie.

I have a food allergy or food preference. How can I indicate this?

Answer

Please indicate your preference between vegetarian, chicken, beef, and kids option (as well as any food allergies) on your RSVP card.

What entertainment can we expect during the reception?

Answer

Photobooth, casino games, and dancing!

Will there be any entertainment for children during the reception?

Answer

A "kids room" will show Disney movies and have space for games. Please bring your child's favorite entertainment!
