WILL THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
Answer
The ceremony will be indoors at St. Benedict’s Church. The reception will be indoors and the venue is air conditioned.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Answer
Kindly RSVP by September 6th, 2023. If you cannot attend, we will miss you, and would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Those that do not RSVP by September 6th, 2023, we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we may be unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will send final headcount to the vendors shortly after this deadline.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Answer
We’d love to see our friends and family dressed up for our big day! Cocktail attire is recommended. For cocktail attire, men typically wear a suit and tie while women wear a cocktail dress. Dancing shoes are a must! Bridesmaids will be in the color emerald green.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS?
Answer
For our wedding guests- a block of rooms will be reserved under “Diez/Gawrys Wedding” at the Reikart House Hotel on site.

PARKING? TRANSPORTATION?
Answer
For the ceremony - parking will be at the attached lot of Saint Benedict’s church. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to our wedding mass, which starts promptly at 4 PM. The reception venue is a quick 6min drive away, 1.9mi down the street. Parking is available on site at the reception venue at no cost to guests. The most readily available transportation service for guests is Uber and Lyft to/from the airport, as well as around the Williamsville area.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

Our wedding is RSVP only, so we will only be able to accommodate those who are listed on your invitation. We do have a strict guest list to stay within venue capacity. Thank you for your understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Answer
Although we love your children, unless they were addressed in the invitation, we will not be able to accommodate additional guests at the venue due to restricted numbers. We hope you take this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun date night!

IS SEATING RANDOM?
Answer
Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please. However, for the reception we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their partner). We know weddings can be a fun mix of guests who may not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted. Hopefully, this can put some of you at ease!
