Question

What is the COVID protocol?

Answer

Everyone’s safety will be our top priority and we will be following all CDC & local health authority guidelines. We ask that all attendees be vaccinated (and boosted if applicable). In addition, we ask that all attendees test negative prior to traveling (or within 48 hours of the event, if local). If you feel sick or otherwise develop any symptoms, we kindly ask that you please stay home. Friday night's events will be mostly indoors (though the space does open up fairly well to the outdoors, and there is an outdoor area as well), while Saturday's events will be all or mostly outdoors.

Question

Who is invited to the family rehearsal dinner on Friday?

Answer

Only our family and a few friends will be invited to Friday night's rehearsal dinner. Invites should be included in your RSVP.

Question

Where can I RSVP?

Answer

Please see the RSVP page.

Question

Are babies and children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

We love your kids, but we ask that you only bring yourselves to our wedding if at all possible. If this is an issue for you, please reach out to chat and hopefully we can figure out something that allows you to attend.

Question

Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes. We have an entire parking lot at the Oxbow Beer Garden wedding venue available free for guests to use if you choose to drive.

Question

Is there a shuttle to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes. We are providing an optional shuttle for our guests from Portland to Oxford for the wedding and then from Oxford to Portland after the wedding. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at Holiday Inn Portland-by the Bay hotel. There will be two departure times from the wedding venue, one at 9:30pm and one at 11pm. Please sign up on your RSVP for the shuttle.

Question

Are gifts welcome?

Answer

Yes, however they are completely optional. Please see our Registry page if you would like to contribute a gift. We prefer not to receive physical gifts at the wedding because we are flying in from Oregon.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

See the Schedule page for attire suggestions. When in doubt, please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and celebratory. Please note that the ceremony and reception are primarily outdoors so please prepare accordingly for the weather.
