We have blocked rooms at the closest hotel to our venue. The hotel is exactly 10 minutes from our venue. If you are planning on getting a room, please make sure to book under our group code "JPW" .

Reservations can be made by calling the hotel directly and giving them Jacey or Phillip's name or via online through our group code. All reservations must be made no later than September 6th, 2023 to secure discounted rates. 

The hotel will provide a shuttle to and from the venue. The shuttle will run every 30 minutes to 45 minutes between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Guests will need to be in the front lobby to board the shuttle. 

Two free breakfasts are included with every room booked. Check-In time for all rooms is 3:00 PM and Check-Out time is 11:00 AM.
