Will this wedding start on time?

Answer

Yes! We will be starting our church ceremony and wedding reception promptly at the times listed. Please be punctual so you don't miss a moment.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love the kids; however, our big day is reserved for adults 21 years and older to manage our capacity limits.

Is an RSVP required for entry?

Answer

Yes, you will need to show your RSVP upon entry. It will be validated with our guest manager.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Please come dressed in formal or traditional (Nigerian) attire.

What is a Kola Nut ceremony?

Answer

The Kola-nut ceremony is when a kola-nut is broken as part of a prayer that is supposed to take place at the start of a celebration. Breaking the kola-nut is supposed to bring good health and protection from one’s enemies. The person who breaks the kola-nut is usually the most respected person in attendance, and the breaking of the nut symbolizes the celebration!

RSVP's need to be submitted by August 18th.

What is "spraying" and when do i do it?

Answer

Showering Money, also known as Spraying, is traditional to the Nigerian culture. guests spray the couple with cash on the dance floor. This is usually dollar bills and is a way of showering them in blessings, keeping them dancing and providing money to start their married life.

Can I bring a plus one to the wedding?

Answer

We are not accepting any +1's; respectfully.

Will there be parking at the Church Ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking on-site at Community Baptist Church. If the lot becomes full, please park across the street in the Cafe Amici & First Bank parking lot.

Will there be parking at the Traditional Wedding Ceremony/Reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking on-site at The Palace

Question

Will there be a way to exchange cash to shower the newlyweds?

Answer

Yes! We will have a cashier responsible for providing single dollar bills in exchange for larger bills.
