What is the wedding theme/colors?

What is the wedding dress code?
Answer
SEMI-FORMAL For men, they should wear tux or suit with a button down dress shirt. Ties are optional. Women should wear floor-length or midi semi-formal dresses/pantsuits. **please DO NOT wear the color champagne unless you are in the wedding party or a godparent** No mini dresses. No short-sleeves (T-shirts, button-downs or otherwise). No shorts. No jeans. No white, cream, ivory/shades of white.

Detailed instructions will be provided with your wedding invitations. If you have additional questions do not hesitate to contact the bride!

Where is the ceremony and reception site? Transportation?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will occur at the wedding venue. It is a 1-2 minute drive from the ceremony site to the reception area. Although a short distance, due to the terrain walking to and from both sites is not doable, and given the limited parking at the ceremony site, all guests will be shuttled to and from the ceremony and reception sites.

Parking
Answer
All guests must park at the wedding reception site in front of the barn. Our lovely groomsmen will be helping direct parking.

What is the weather like in Cazadero, CA that time of year?
Answer
October is fairly warm in the afternoon (mid 70s degrees Fahrenheit-high 70s) with a small breeze. Once the sun sets it will be much cooler: 50s. That being said, at this point we will be inside for the reception with heaters. Historic average of precipitation at this time is 3.5 inches of rain. Given this information we recommend all guests to continue to check weather predictions as we get closer to the actual date. As you know, weather can be unpredictable!

Children? Plus-ones?

Our wedding is child-friendly and are welcome to join! That being said, unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can't afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we regretfully ask guests to please not bring a plus one. Only those specifically named on the invitation may come. Thank you so much for understanding!

Food and Drinks? Dietary restrictions?
Answer
Information to come on wedding invitations, but to give you the general idea: American cuisine, open bar w/ beer, wine and spirits, and there will be a vegetarian option available.

Are cell phones allowed?
Answer
Yes. Feel free to take photos and videos if you want before and after the ceremony, and any time during the reception. We only request you put them to the side and on silent during the ceremony. That being said, the ranch is fairly remote and therefore there is no cell service!
