Doors will open at 4:30 pm with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00 pm. Please arrive as early as possible for seating, as only rows for immediate family will be reserved.
Once formal invites have been sent out, RSVPs on this website will be open. If you have an invite, you will be able to search your name and RSVP. The bride and groom will not be accepting RSVPs via mail, so do not worry about returning anything! We want to make this as easy for all parties as we can.
Our formal invites will have an RSVP by date included. If the date is approaching and we have not heard back, you will be contacted for a friendly reminder.
Semi-formal to formal We want all of our guests to be dressy but feel comfortable so we ask our guests to dress in semi formal to formal attire. No denim/jeans. We’d love to see everyone feeling their best!
The ceremony will be unplugged, and the officiant will be making an announcement to remind guests of this. If phone usage happens during the ceremony, the guest will be asked to put it away and possibly leave if it becomes a major disturbance. We ask that our guests enjoy the first dance as well without phones (this will be during the dinner hour) and allow the couple’s parents be the first to post photos that night of the newlyweds on social media. After the first dance, cell phone usage will be allowed again. There will also be a photo sharing/photobooth app with info available on programs at the wedding. Don’t forget to share with the newlyweds! We would love to see your beautiful photos of the night!
There will be plenty of parking available, upon arrival to the venue there is a large parking lot that can accommodate all vehicles.
Everyone invited will be outlined on your invite. If you do not have a +1, please do not bring one. If this changes prior to the wedding, the bride and groom will reach out and let you know. We appreciate your compliance with this as we have lots of family and friends and can’t allow for more than we invite.
While we love kids, we are unable to accommodate inviting all of our guests’ children. If your children are invited, their name/s will be on the invite. We appreciate your understanding in this!
No, there will not be childcare provided. If your child is invited, please be able to keep track of your children or provide your own childcare at home. The venue has lots of stairs and various rooms, so it is your responsibility to ensure your child’s safety.

We love all of our guests and want everyone to have be safe while having fun!
Both! The ceremony and dinner will be held indoors. Following the ceremony a door will be opened to the outdoors to allow for socializing, party games, and dancing on the patio.
