We have a trusted private taxi driver who will be available during the wedding week to transport guests from San Diego to our venues, or from the Tijuana border crossing to our venues. Please let us know asap if you would like to use his services so that we can get your pickup time on his schedule. We strongly recommend crossing the border from SD -> Mexico before 4PM to avoid traffic. One way flat-rate prices for 1-4 people in a standard car to Las Gaviotas & Rosarito Beach Hotel: - Option #1: Pick up in San Diego & drive across the border. - $140 USD (cash) to Las Gaviotas - $130 USD (cash) to Rosarito Beach Hotel - Option #2: Pick up in Tijuana after walking across & getting passport stamped (please note, non-US citizens need to get a passport stamp for re-entry back to the USA). - $75 USD (cash) to Las Gaviotas - $65 USD (cash) to Rosarito Beach Hotel Larger groups may be organized, please contact us for pricing and coordination.

You are invited to rent a beach house within this gated community and hang out with us for the week! Activities will include: beach hangs, bonding time, volleyball, surfing, winery trips to Valle de Guadalupe, breathing circles, yoga, and salsa lessons. All houses are privately owned and there are a variety of rooms available in each home. You can cook in the house, or there are many restaurants a short walk/drive away that you can enjoy. Most establishments accept credit card, but we recommend bringing pesos as well. We will arrange taxis for all guests who want to join. Make sure to download Google Translate "Spanish" on the offline mode so that you can easily communicate with taxi drivers and other locals.

This event is GLAM formal, so come in your best suits and floor length gowns. The ceremony will take place on grass (be mindful of stilettos), while the reception will take place on the rooftop terrace (bring a coat to be cozy.)
The evening will start with some Cocks & Talks followed by a Mexican buffet that will be served for dinner, then wrapping up with a late night snack around 9PM. Bring your sensible dancing shoes, no sitting will be allowed once the music starts ;)

Reserve your spot in the Charter Bus back to San Diego!

We are organizing one Charter Bus to take guests back to San Diego that will leave the Hotel promptly at 1PM. Please let us know if you want a spot on this bus. Cost is TBD once we get the final head count, a rough estimate is about $60 per head. Guests will travel together by Charter Bus to the border, disembark and walk into the immigration facility by foot, get passports stamped, then walk out on the San Diego side and get back on the bus. Once all guests are on the bus, it will transport everyone to Old Town San Diego.
