We met in school when we were in our early 20s, and throughout our relationship, we’ve learned two very important lessons. The first is the true meaning of compromise. It’s not always going to be about me, but more about “us”. We value what we gain as a family more than what we might lose as individuals. The second lesson we’ve learned is patience. No matter what happens along the way, we know we’ll always have each other and that is the very reason why we’ve learned to embrace our shortcomings and help each other grow. It’s not everyday we cross paths with the person we are meant to be with, and we are truly grateful to have met one another.
