It all started back in 2013, during a freshmen welcoming session at Indonesian Embassy when Michelle’s and Justin’s paths first crossed and yeah, nothing happened :p A week later... Who knows that Justin was the photographer for Michelle's orientation week in NUS and that was the first time Justin tried his luck to have a proper (read: sneaky) conversation. A few days later... As a Junior, Michelle wanted to buy secondhand books from seniors. With his "cuan" mindset (read: profit minded), Justin decided to charge an enormous price. Even though she eventually didn't buy the book, Justin at least took hold of Michelle's number, and that kick started their journey. Looking back, they are amazed by how God brought two completely different individuals and weaved their lives together. Sometimes they also wonder how the crazy, hyperactive, happy-go-lucky Justin can get along so well with the cool, calm, and super organized Michelle. But honestly, these differences make their relationship more exciting, special and meaningful! It has been a wonderful 6 years together experiencing LDRs, exploring the world and growing “sideways”. They enjoy sipping a good cup of coffee, chilling all day long and exploring new adventurous places. You know if they don't reply your Whatsapp message immediately, it means they are enjoying each other’s companion. It's going to be an even more exciting journey ahead of us and can't wait to spend the rest of our lives together!
