You can take the Amtrak train to/from NYC! The train stop is Hudson, NY (HUD) and is walkable to the hotel and the center of town.
Shuttle
Shuttles to and from The Hill

We will be having two shuttles running (by Coxsackie Transport) from the St. Charles Hotel to The Hill at 3:30pm and 4:00pm for the ceremony, returning to the St. Charles Hotel at 10:30pm following the reception and then another run at 12:30am back to the St. Charles following the after party.

Additional Information
In addition to the St. Charles, there are plenty of lovely Airbnbs in the area and additional hotels very centrally located in Hudson to choose from. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area for your transportation needs. Hudson is approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from Manhattan by car.
