Check-in opens at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, 3/23/24. There are a limited number of discounted rooms available with two queen beds or one king bed available. To get the room block rate, please call the reservation line and mention the discount group code/Antonious-Kelleher Wedding Block, or use the direct link here. If using the direct link here to book - once you are on the site, please change the reservation dates to 3/23/24-3/24/24 and click the blue "Update" button, as the discounted rate is only available for Saturday night. The rate should change to $159 per room, until all blocked rooms have been booked. If you would like to stay the night before on Friday, 3/22/24, the room block rate will not apply to that night. Booking for the room block must be done by 2/22/24. After this date, reservations can still be made, but the discounted rate won't be available. The room block is first-come first-served; once those are fully exhausted, I would try booking on Expedia or Hotels.com for a better rate! Check out is 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, 3/24/24.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the DoubleTree to Harrington Farm

March 23, 2024 3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

A shuttle is provided from the hotel to the venue, and back. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:45 p.m. and should arrive to the venue at 4:15 p.m. The shuttle will take multiple trips throughout the night back to the hotel for guests who want to turn in early. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 p.m. For guests who choose to drive, parking is provided at the venue. If you decide that you are not able to drive after the reception, please let Isabelle or Nick know and you can return to the hotel on the shuttle, we can call an Uber, or we can make other arrangements. Your safety is important to us!

Bumpy Ride

For anyone who is driving - the venue is located on Mount Wachusett. The road up the mountain, from either side, is long and bumpy. Please keep this in mind and go slow!
