We met in our Spanish 3 class in high school, though we did not talk until Fall of 2017. Our school had a senior fundraiser that involved cheerleaders and football players dancing together in a dance competition. We were partnered together and the rest is history. I (Izzy) danced her (my) way into Bryan's heart <3

How We Met

When We Began Dating

Bryan's sister, Janely, convinced me (Izzy) that she needed to do some practice photography shots early in the morning at a nearby beach. El Matador has always been a special place to us so I eagerly agreed to get some pictures! We arrived early in the morning, and had the beach to ourselves. After a few initial pictures, Janely led us to an overlook that was specially decorated for us. Then Bryan led me to the set-up and got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him. Spoiler: I said yes!
