We went here on our first trip to Vegas. Lots of original Picasso paintings on the wall, along with several sculptures. Definitely dressy, jackets required for men, and a prix fix menu with an emphasis towards French cooking. Great experience, but check out the menu on the website to make sure you would enjoy the experience before committing.
Tapas style Italian, great for a group. Casual restaurant with a great view of the fountains. Everything we have had here has been great
Next door to Bellagio. Good Spanish Tapas, but the Signature Gin drinks are the real draw here. Amanda makes it a point to stop by on every trip to Vegas.
Casual burger spot, great burgers
For those needing a little greasy, casual breakfast the morning after. Be prepared to wait if you go between 9am and noon. The Henry downstairs at Cosmo is another good option if the line here is too long. Bellagio is light on casual breakfast options, and Cosmo is a good alternative to find good food in a casual atmosphere relatively close to Bellagio.
Nick is a sucker for a bar with a great view, and few places make better cocktails and have a better view than Skyfall. Located 60+ stories above the Strip on top of the Delano hotel, it offers great views of the strip. Best visited after 6pm when the lights of the Strip come to life. It does require an Uber or Taxi from Bellagio.
For those wanting a great view of Las Vegas, but not wanting to travel all the way to Skyfall @ Delano. Walking distance from Bellagio, 23 floors up, right on the Strip. Great for a drink when the Strip lights are coming on.
In Nick's opinion, this is the best Cirque show on the strip (but they are all good). The storytelling along with the element of swimming and diving makes this a great show. **** For those interested in seeing this show, we have the opportunity to purchase group tickets at a reduced price for either the 7:00pm or 9:30pm show on Thursday 3/5. If you are interested, please reach out to Amanda or Nick so we can get a count. ****
For the Beatles fan, this is a can't miss Cirque show in Vegas. Acrobatics set to the greatest hits of the Fab 4.
Amanda's favorite Vegas show. You'll need to take an Uber or taxi to Wynn. Similar to O at Bellagio.
Big ferris wheel with pods that hold up to 40 people on the Strip.
For those wanting to get away from the strip and enjoy a little hiking. It is about a 30 minute drive from the Bellagio and requires renting a car (from experience, don't take an Uber and just have them drop you off at the visitor center. You need to be able to drive through the park to get to the good hikes). You'll forget about the casino as soon as you get there, the scenery is beautiful.
See where Vegas started. Awesome lighted canopy with music and light shows at night, along with live music. Cheap gambling as well. It is a far cry from the luxury of Bellagio, but interesting to see. If you are feeling adventurous, try the zip line!
This outdoor museum has the marquees of the most famous casinos in Las Vegas history, most of which have been torn down and replaced with the Strip that we know today.
Maverick is the most reputable of the helicopter tour companies. They offer various tours, just of the Strip or further out, to the Hoover Dam or even the Grand Canyon.
Amanda's favorite mall in Las Vegas (maybe the country?). A great mix of stores, coupled with great architecture. About a 30 minute walk from Bellagio.
