We're Getting Married!

Ruben and Irene met at a parking structure in Pasadena. Ruben was working as a security guard at the time and Irene was working as a cashier. Ruben was about to go on his lunch break, when Irene caught a glimpse of his new uniform for the season-Shorts. At that moment she stuck her head outside from the booth she was working and playfully yelled "Showing off some leg I see!" Ruben turned around, nervously smiled, waved, quickly put on his hoodie and went to lunch. That was the first moment, they took notice of each other and the spark began.

Throughout the months of 2020, the powerful Jedi, Ruben had been planning his proposal to the magical witch, Irene. He had asked a few of their dear friends to assist in the brainstorming and planning for the big day! When all was set and done, he was ready to take Irene to his desired destination for the proposal. But unfortunately, the night before there was a turn of events, a spell that deprived anyone from sleeping, so the proposal had to be cancelled. However, determined to profess his love, Ruben took advantage of a rare moment of being alone in their room, got down on one knee, expressed his love and asked Irene for her hand in marriage. Filled with joy and love, Irene and Ruben embraced each other, kissed and celebrated with their favorite drinks!
