This a newly renovated boutique hotel called the Palm Garden Hotel in the Thousand Oaks area. To access our hotel block please follow the steps below: 1) Call the Front Desk Reservation Line at 805-716-4200 2) Request to reserve a room under our block name "Ippolito-Goertsen" for July 9 – 13, 2025 dates. 3) Provide name, contact information, billing information, and email for confirmation. 4) Arrive and enjoy! It is about a 15 minute drive away from Maravilla Gardens on the 101 (down the grade) or a 20 minute drive via Santa Rosa Rd.
