UBER from Airport to Hilton
The easiest way to get to the hotel from the airport would be to take an Uber from Mexico City International Airport to the Hilton Mexico City Reforma. Should you require any assistance with airport transfers, please do not hesitate to contact us at ikjotandparamjyot@gmail.com and we will facilitate the necessary arrangements. ---------- Here's a simple step-by-step guide for you to take an Uber from Mexico City International Airport to the Hilton Mexico City Reforma 1) Download the “Uber” app before takeoff and ensure a payment method has been linked to your Uber account. 2) After landing at Mexico City International Airport (MEX), collect your luggage and walk to the following location based upon your arrival. --> Terminal 1: The Uber meeting point is at the exit of gate 6 or gate 7 --> Terminal 2: The Uber meeting point is at the exit of Gate 3 or Gate 4 3) Open the Uber app on your smartphone. 4) On the app, enter 'Hilton Mexico City Reforma' as your destination. Address: Av. Juárez 70, Colonia Centro, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, CDMX 5) Confirm your pickup location so your driver can find you. 6) If you have any issues locating your driver, contact them through the Uber app.

As the big day approaches, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have secured a special group rate with Hilton for your accommodation during our wedding festivities. This inclusive group rate encompasses breakfast. To book your accommodations, please utilize the group code. The provided group code is valid for reservations between Sunday, November 26 2023 to Wednesday, December 6 2023 Please note that there are no group rates available beyond this period. After December 6, 2023, accommodations will be based on availability and at the regular hotel rates. E.g if your travel dates are from November 29th to December 7th, you can utilize the group code up until December 6rd. In case you plan to extend your stay at the Hilton beyond December 6th, please be advised that a separate reservation will need to be made from December 6th to December 7th in order for you to receive our group code rates. Feel free to reach out directly to the Hilton to facilitate the merging of your reservations. To be eligible for breakfast, specify the number of guests per room accurately when booking. For instance, for 4 guests, reserve 1 room for 4 guests, not 1 room for 1 guest. During your stay, we have arranged for a dedicated hospitality room where you can find light refreshments Transportation arrangements for the Sangeet, Anand Karaj (Wedding), and Reception are all set. Shuttles will be conveniently provided to transport you to and from the Hilton.
