What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Any time between 1:40 and 2:00

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation is marked as "+ guest," then yes. If not, please contact Sarah and we may be able to work something out, depending on other RSVPs.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, and Yes! : )

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Holiday Inn to the ceremony, and from the reception back to the holiday Inn.

How will the reception be set up outside?

Answer

There will be one tent with fans and misters and a floor where the tables are set up for dinner. The dance floor will be on grass, open air, open sun, with a beautiful view of the sunset on the bay ahead of us. There are restrooms inside the chapel we can use.

Is the event rain or shine?

Answer

Yes. The church ceremony is indoors. For the outdoor reception…in the event of rain, we will set up a second tent outdoors, laugh about it, and dance with joy in the rain!

What should I wear?

Answer

For the ceremony at the church, please dress formal/semi-formal. Light colors are preferred but by all means not required. For the reception outside, please dress more casual and comfortable. Shorts and flip-flops are totally okay. Please wear shoes that are comfortable to dance in.

Can I wear the formal beach wear I’m planning to wear to the reception to the church also?

If I am planning to change clothes between the church and the reception, where and when would I do so?

Answer

You may bring a bag and change at the church before leaving for the reception, or when you arrive at the reception.
