Although we're both from Northfield, Corey moved away for a while and had just recently moved back to town. Mutual friends of ours had a get together and we both went, which is where we met. That night, we immediately hit it off and exchanged numbers. After Brittany had gone home, Corey reached out and asked her out on a date with him. The rest is history.

Corey booked us a hotel room in Stowe, VT on the anniversary of when we first met. He surprised Brittany with a massage at the spa and, upon her arrival back to the room, Brittany opened the door to find the room glowing with candlelight. At the other end of the room, through an aisle of candles, Corey was down on one knee. After the most perfect proposal, Brittany was so surprised when her mom, stepdad, and bestfriends all arrived to celebrate the occasion. We all went out to an amazing dinner at Trattoria La Festa in Stowe, VT and enjoyed great food, drinks, and most of all, great company. Once dinner wrapped up, we continued celebrating our engagement at the hotel and had the absolute best time. It was so, so perfect. Now here we are, planning our wedding, and we're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in East Burke, VT!
