Yes! Our dress code is Black Tie Optional. We recommend tuxedos or formal dark suits and evening gowns or cocktail dresses.
We recommend arriving by 5pm, as the ceremony starts promptly at 5:30pm. If you are making use of the shuttle they will post signage in the hotel lobby of what time they will be departing.
Yes, a shuttle will be available to transport guests to and from the venue, leaving from the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton, NJ. The shuttle will leave promptly at 4:30pm to bring guests over to the venue. At the end of the evening, shuttles will be departing the venue at 11pm, 12am and 1am, to allow all to enjoy the after party should they choose. *We highly discourage relying on Uber or Lyft to get to and from the venue, as there are minimal drivers in the area
Yes, parking is available at the venue where both the ceremony reception will be held.
In an effort to keep our ceremony intimate and special, we ask our guests to NOT take photos or videos. We have a wonderful photographer and videographer to capture everything, and will be happy to share their content with you after the wedding. As for the cocktail hour and reception, take as many photos as you wish!
We have arranged a block of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn, located directly off of I-95 in Hamilton Township, NJ - approximately 20 minutes from the venue. Use the link located on the "Travel" page to access the room block directly, or use the code PBW712 when booking, rooms will be held until May 12th, 2024. Short answer is no. We wish we had unlimited funds to support this, but we unfortunately cannot accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically indicated on your invitation.
While we love all of the children in our lives, we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you see this is an opportunity to take the night off and enjoy the party with us!
