How many people are invited to the wedding?
Answer
We are trying to keep the number below 30 people. 15 close friends and family members per family (Hymer, Gibbs). PLEASE wait to receive an invitation before booking your flights and reservations. Our wedding package only includes 20 guests staying at Pueblo Bonito Sunset hotel with all inclusive bracelets. When there are over 20 guests each one costs a substantial amount. Please be sensitive to this issue and know we wish everyone could come but we do have to be selective in order to keep the price under control.

Adults $49 usd Children $39 usd with all inclusive bracelets (and anyone staying in a timeshare) Adults $209 USD Juniors (12-17 years old) $179 USD Children (3-11 years old) $69 USD Staying at a different resort (non Sunset) and without all inclusive bracelets

You can have 4 adults, per room, that is executive suite and above. If you reserve under the junior suite you will have a free upgrade upon availability so I would check with them on the availability part. When its says single, double, triple, quad (that means the amount of people, not beds!) For the price of TWO people in a junior suite it is $378 a night including your all inclusive food and beverage bracelet. $189 per person, per day and all food & liquor included. So if you have FOUR people in a junior suite its $570/4= $142.50 per person per night. You need to book a room BEFORE February 23rd to get these prices. To secure your reservation they will request a credit card that will post an amount of ONE NIGHT stay on your card. If you are sharing a room with others I would recommend using VENMO to easily transfer funds to your wedding roommates.
