When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please let us know by April 12th! To RSVP please go to the RSVP tab and type in your name.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is a gravel parking lot in front of the venue. Please make sure to stay on the gravel drive and avoid driving on the grass. If you plan on drinking, please have your transportation planned beforehand, as vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love if our family and friends would dress up with us! The dress code is garden party attire. For the ladies: think formal summery dresses of any length and colorful! For the gentleman: dress pants/khakis and button ups. No suit jacket required. It is the summer and we want our guests to be comfortable!

Will there be a bar?

Yes, drinks are on us! We can't wait to celebrate with you!!

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

yes! It will be first come first serve. We will have a 13 passenger bus from Yeti Expeditions that will be taking people to the venue from the Sleep Inn Hotel in Webb City. The bus starts at 4:30. The following buses will leave at 4:45, 5:00, and 5:15 as the ceremony starts at 5:30. At the end of the night, the bus will come back at 9:30 and can take guests back when they'd like to leave. Everyone will have to leave the venue by 11:00-- meaning the last bus back to the hotel will be 10:45 so that the bride & groom can dance until 11 and be the very last ones to leave.
