YES, our wedding is on a Thursday! Thursdays are the new Saturdays. We are ready to celebrate and take a 3 day weekend afterwards!
ASAP PLEASE! The final date on the formal invitation is October 16 because we need to give a final headcount to the venue, but really as soon as you receive the invitation would be greatly appreciated! There are RSVP cards in your invitation envelope pre-addressed to send back to us. This is the main way to do so, but we welcome you to also RSVP on our website in addition to sending the card back. The card is a must send though!
The dress code for our wedding is Black Tie Optional. This means formal dresses, suits, gowns, and tuxes are welcome.
If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, then we would prefer if it was just you. Please honor the number of guests that are included on your envelope/RSVP card. We love your little ones, we really do. However, we are only formally inviting a few young adults over the age of 13 to our wedding as well as the little ones in our bridal party.
Yes, we have two hotel room block options and there are two separate shuttles that coincide with the two hotel room blocks. Please check our Accommodations & Transportation page for detailed information. Please be aware that the hotel blocks that we have reserved at a discounted price expire on October 16 so make sure to book right away!
Yes! If you are not taking the shuttle and you are driving yourself, there is a large parking lot on site at the venue.
If you are not taking the shuttle from the hotel to the venue and driving yourself, please arrive at 5:30pm. You'll be able to enjoy some refreshments and find a good seat for the ceremony.
Weather pending, the ceremony will take place outdoors and if needed heaters will be provided. We will keep watch on the weather as November is a tricky month. Cocktail hour will be inside with an outdoor patio available as well. The reception will be inside the ballroom.
YES! COME HUNGRY! I REPEAT...COME READY TO EAT AND DRINK! Drinks: Fully stocked open bar Food: Cocktail hour will have 10 stations with a variety of different foods as well as butler passed hor d'oeuvres. For the reception, you will place your order at your table for 1 of 4 dinner options. And let's not forget dessert after all of that! There will be plenty of options for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, and other food allergy/dietary restrictions. If you feel more comfortable pointing out your specific requirements ahead of time, please feel free to reach out to us.

YES! We have an AMAZING entertainment company that will be rocking out on the dance floor. The music and the microphone will be loud. There will be outdoor patio areas available if you feel uncomfortable with the volume at any given time.
