We request that all guest refrain from wearing black, red, or white.

What is there to do in Fredericksburg?
Answer
The town has tons of lovely shopping and wineries. It’s located near San Antonio.

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate the number of guest formally invited on your invitation.

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Children are not allowed. Please feel free to make a date night out of it! Parents deserve to let loose too!

Will the wedding be outside?
Answer
The ceremony is in an open air chapel. The cocktail hour is under a pavilion. Both locations have large fans on the ceilings and a nice breeze. The reception will be inside.

What happens if I don’t RSVP in time?
Answer
Unfortunately if you do not RSVP in time, we will not have enough seating or food to accommodate you.

Can I still come if I don’t receive an invitation?
Answer
If you did not receive a formal invitation you are not permitted to attend. We will not have space or food to accommodate you. We have chosen our guest list with care.

Yes! There will be an open bar. Please drink responsibly and plan rides accordingly.

Where is parking?
Answer
Parking is located next to the reception hall. Signage will help you navigate to the parking area. Please stay on paved path at all times. Dirt paths are only for the golf carts.

How do I get to the ceremony site?
Answer
The ceremony site is visible from the parking area. For those who do not wish to walk or cannot walk to the chapel, golf carts will be provided to shuttle you down the pathway.

How early should I arrive?
Answer
30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time should be ample amount of time for everyone to walk/shuttle over to the chapel and find their seat.

What if I am late?
Answer
Do not be late. Entrance to the ceremony will not be permitted to guest who arrive after 5 o’clock.
