It didn't go EXACTLY like that, but close! We met at a mutual friend's birthday party in 2018 and spent the rest of the night talking across a crowded room and knew there was an instant connection. Neither of us got the other's contact information and as fate would have it, we did not run across each other again until the middle of 2020. We had our first kiss under the tree at Bradley's work. (If you know Bradley, you know he is ALWAYS at work and that Erika had to go there to see him!) Our first "real" date was to a candy store and Bradley purchased a $3.00 mood ring for Erika. Once it was on her finger, it turned purple; the color of love according to the chart on the cardboard display box. Fast forward to 2021 and we went on a trip to Hawaii where Bradley proposed to Erika in front of 500 Toyota employees. She said yes and the $3.00 mood ring was replaced with the ring she now wears. Forward again to 2023: We found our perfect home in Champion Forest just a little Northwest of Houston and have really settled into a life all our own. We love to travel and to spend time with our family and decided it was time to set a date!
