He proposed the day before my birthday on 4/26/2020! It was a Sunday afternoon at my mother's house.  My brother and sister-in-law was there and knew ahead of time what was going to happen.  i had no idea that this was going to be the day! I was totally surprised crying tears of joy in front of his daughter, my mother, brother and sister-in-law.
