February 4th, 2019. Candace had just started her first day at Bay Alarm Company. She sat down at her desk and had no idea her coworker sitting on the other side of her was going to be the person she spends forever with. Throughout the next few months, they spend their lunch breaks together and he’d call her every day after work to chat the whole drive home. All while “he didn’t want a girlfriend” *eye roll* 3 months later, Ryan left Bay Alarm to work for a different company. They continued to talk, hang out on the weekends and spend time with friends together. December came and he took her on an *official* date - this time was intentional. One of those “I have a date planned for you” moments. He planned a fun day at one of Candace’s favorite places - Downtown Disney - they had brunch, walked through The Grand Californian’s lobby (it’s the best at Christmas time) did the Avengers virtual reality experience, then spent the rest of the day at Ballast Point. 2 1/2 weeks later, he officially asked her to be his girlfriend. (About time!)
