How should I RSVP?
Answer
To RSVP, click the 'RSVP' tab and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. Kindly RSVP by July 5th, 2024. If you will be unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at your earliest convenience.

Where should I stay for overnight accommodations?
Answer
Please see the travel tab of our website for information a hotel block that has been set up for our wedding guests. We appreciate you making the trip for our big day!

When should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30-4:45 to allow time to find a seat. If you are late to the ceremony, you will kindly be asked to wait until the ceremony has finished as to not interrupt the event. However, you'll be able to join in for cocktail hour and the reception if that occurs, so just hang tight!

What is the attire?

We’re asking that our guests wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. No jeans or shorts please!

Can we take our own pictures and videos throughout the day?
Answer
We will be having an "unplugged ceremony," so we ask that you keep all phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We trust that our photographer and videographers will capture beautiful images of the ceremony, and we want our guests to be fully present for this special moment. Please feel free to take as many personal photos and videos during cocktail hour and the reception.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Upchurch Venue. The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting), so please plan accordingly for some summer heat. The reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Your invitation will include a guest if you have been given a plus one. We can’t wait to spend the day with you!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding due to limited numbers and space. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to accommodate your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time to celebrate with us!

How does seating work?
Answer
The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you would like. However, please reserve the first few aisles for the bride and groom's families. For the reception, a seating chart will be provided.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! There is plenty of parking for your car at the venue.
