Shuttle Pick Up
4:30 pm
Shuttles will be picking up from the Hilton Garden Inn Fishkill and the Hampton Inn Fishkill and transporting guests to the venue. If you are not staying in the hotels but want to still take the shuttles, you are more than welcome to meet at one of the hotels and board the shuttle.
Ceremony Arrival
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

We ask that you arrive early at 5 pm to enjoy a glass of champagne or refreshment and find your seats so that we can start the ceremony promptly at 5:30 pm.
Ceremony

Dress code: Black Tie Optional
Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside in the Garden. Note that you will be walking through grass in the garden, so please take that into consideration for your footwear.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Weather permitting, the cocktail hour will be outside on the Patio next to the ceremony Garden space.
Reception

Shuttle 1
10:15 pm - 10:30 pm

The first of 3 shuttles will arrive to pick up guests from the Roundhouse at 10:15p and drop off at the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn.
Shuttle 2
11:15 pm - 11:30 pm
The second of 3 shuttles will arrive to pick up guests from the Roundhouse at 11:15p and drop off at the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn.

For anyone who wants to keep the party going and grab a drink at the Roundhouse Lounge or Cooper's bar after the wedding, the last of 3 shuttles will arrive to pick up guests from the Roundhouse at 12:15a and drop off at the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn.
