What should I pack?
Answer
All attire for all events is now noted on the schedule page of this website. Please refer to https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet for more wedding attire details. Many packing guides can be found with a quick Google search. See this link below for an example of a list of some items you might want to pack. https://blog.tortugabackpacks.com/mexico-packing-list/ The hotel provides most toiletries, including towels, shower items, and hair dryers. Some other helpful things to pack might include: sunscreen, bug spray, deodorant, insulated tumbler, iPad, books, games, headphones, jacket, nicer clothing for resort dinners, etc. Information on local weather can be found here: https://weather.com/weather/tenday/l/MXBS0135 Be sure to check airport security rules & regulations as well so that you can make it through security with no issues.

Do I need to convert USD to pesos (MXN) prior to arriving to Mexico?
Answer
It's up to you! If you plan to tip or do any shopping, it might be a good idea to convert a little cash to pesos( MXN) before departing the US. You will likely get a lower conversion rate in the States; however, pesos aren't necessarily needed and most vendors in Cabo will accept US dollars. Please note that vendors in Mexico tend to charge a little bit more in USD than they would charge in MXN.

How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Answer
Hyatt Ziva provides a shuttle for $29 per person to and from the airport. You must notify them 48 hours in advance of your arrival by emailing rodrigo.delapena@hyatt.com or calling +52 (624) 163 7730 ext. 4030, 4031, 4032. Please see the Hyatt website for more details. Taxis are approximately $50 for two people, rates vary depending on time of day and driver.

Where is the wedding ceremony and reception at?
Answer
Holly and Carson will share their vows and say "I Do's" at Acre Baja, a lush sanctuary set on acres of abundant greenery. For more information about the wedding ceremony and reception venue, please visit Acre Baja's website (http://acrebaja.com/#/) or follow them on Instagram ( @acrebaja). Shuttles will be provided at no cost to guests to and from Hyatt Ziva and Acre Baja on the day of the wedding.
Question
When will my credit card be charged after booking through the hotel booking link?
Answer
You will receive an email approximately 45 days prior to the wedding from hollycarsonwilliams@gmail.com at which point you will be instructed on the next steps to process your credit card information in order to finalize resort booking. At that time, Pamela Franssen (wedding coordinator) will send you an authorization form for you to fill out to authorize your credit card payment with the resort. Your credit card will be charged upon email authorization confirmation with Pamela. This process is required for larger event booking groups.

What should I do if I want to change my resort booking?
Answer
Please contact hollycarsonwilliams@gmail prior to making any changes to existing room reservations. Rooms cancelled or changed after already booking can incur fees charged to Holly's family.
