Dulles International Airport (IAD) is a 15-minute Lyft away from the hotel. Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is a 20-minute Lyft away from the hotel. Between either airport it is often easy to find a flight that works for your schedule and budget. Both are also connected to public transportation, although it may take a bit longer. The closest metro station is the Tysons stop of the silver line.
Train
Taking the train?
Those of you coming from New York & Connecticut may prefer to take the train or bus. Amtrak & Megabus bring you to Washington's Union Station, which is about a half an hour Lyft from the hotel. You could also take public transport from Union Station to the hotel although it may take a bit longer. The closest metro station is the Tysons stop of the silver line.
Rental Car
Do I need a rental car?
In short: probably not! Our wedding venue & hotel are about a half an hour away from downtown Washington, DC. Lyfts are frequently available & affordable to get around. For those who might want to spend Saturday exploring DC, public transport and Lyfts would be sufficient for all your needs! There will be bus shuttle service from the hotel to the venue and back to the hotel at the end of the night of the wedding. For those who prefer to drive there will be ample parking. Please do not drink and drive <3
