What are the restrictions with COVID 19?
Answer
Currently, under the State of Tennessee Executive Orders, there are no state mandated orders regarding weddings.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Each RSVP has a set number of reserved seats and names of those invited.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We welcome children to join us in celebrating our wedding day. Please let us know if yours will be attending so we can organize enough fun entertainment for them.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Transportation is not provided at this time.

Will the ceremony be indoor/outdoor?
Answer
Weather permitting- ceremony will be outdoors. If outside, the ceremony will take place on concrete/decking so no grass to worry about! Reception will follow indoors.

Where can I park?
Answer
Parking is available at the top of the hill in front of the event center. Should you need more parking there is an overflow lot at the bottom of the hill. All parking is free and a shuttle will be provided to take you up to the event center. Shuttle run times are from 3:30pm - 4:30 pm & 9:30pm - 10:30pm.

How far away is the venue from Gatlinburg?
Answer
The venue is a 10 min drive off the main strip from downtown Gatlinburg.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Plan on arriving around 4:00 pm or sooner!! Traffic is heavy due to covid 19 Gatlinburg is a hot spot right now and traffic can take 2-3 hours depending on where your staying.
