For our out of town guests, our venue is about 45 minutes west of Downtown Nashville in Dickson, TN. 

We have a room block reserved at the Lodge at Montgomery Bell State Park in Burns, TN for $134/night. 

In addition, there are several options for hotels and AirBNBs in Dickson and in Bellevue (about 20 minutes from Downtown). If searching for Airbnbs, some areas to look at would be Dickson, Burns, Kingston Springs, Bellevue, and Nashville.
