6:30 pm
** By invitation ** Look sharp, but more importantly be dressed to eat. This is a family style Cantonese banquet- meaning there will be loads of food.
We are so excited to discover the R&G Lounge. It's an old venerated Cantonese restaurant in San Francisco and located in the heart of historic Chinatown. The meal will be served family style- meaning everything is shared. It's a quality example of classic dishes. Before the meal, at 6:30pm, we will start off hosting a traditional Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony. This is where Felix and Hillary serve tea to elders in each family- giving respect, getting personal advice, and asking them to welcome their new spouse into the family. Then we feast. (For those interested, we will be visiting some local bars with friends afterwards as the ad hoc bachelor+bachelorette party)
5:00 pm
Attire: Wear the best thing that makes you feel absolutely fabulous. Note: It is by the ocean, so please plan on staying warm if (and when) the ocean breeze comes in
Doors and bar open at 5:00. Ceremony starts at 5:30. Food, Dancing, Speeches, Drinks, More Food, Dessert, and More Dancing (not necessarily in that order) start thereafter. Nestled on the waterfront, beneath a park, this venue serves industrial chic vibes (lol) with an Alcatraz view (nothing says romance like a prison island). It's an indoor/outdoor venue. We'll have outdoor heaters and dancing but you may feel chilly at night, so bring a jacket! Afterparty TBD

Casual and comfortable
We want to host brunch at our new home. It is still in under construction-- and this will be our first party! We want to share some special brunch items like ham & cheese sandwiches on a Chinese sweet bun. We will also have coffee, tea, wine, beer, punch, and frozen Painkillers. Please come by and say hi. No need to formally be here at the start time. We hope this is a casual thing that you can roll into when up and ready! We live walking distance to two amazing neighborhoods to explore (the Castro and Noe Valley) and you can start a hike to Twin Peaks right from our front door- 25 mins for one of the best views in the city. Or just kick it on our front porch. We will be hanging at our place all day. Come through!
