Shuttle Transportation

4:00 pm - 11:30 pm

4:30pm Shuttles staged at The Valhalla, Fairfield Inn, and Hampton Inn 4:40pm: Shuttles depart from the hotels no later than 4:40pm 5pm: Shuttles arrive on site at Meadows at Mossy Creek 5:30pm: CEREMONY 9:00pm: If any guests desire early departure, a shuttle will be on site to transport guests back to the hotels.  10:30pm: End of reception, shuttles take final return trip back to the hotels. Please ensure the shuttle you get on is going to the hotel where you are!
