We met in January 2022 at Continental Theological Seminary, where we both attend school in Belgium. Jordan is from Ireland, and I am from the USA. We initially crossed paths, but we truly got to know each other on a mission trip to Portugal in March 2022. There, we had the opportunity to serve and engage in ministry alongside seven other people. It marked the beginning of a beautiful journey, as we continued to deepen our connection and serve in various countries and churches.

He planned an all-day date with me just before I was heading back to Florida for the summer. We went to a beautiful restaurant for breakfast, followed by a walk in St. Stephens Green park where he had taken me to when I first visited Ireland in April 2022. He led me to a secluded spot near the lake and very sweetly asked me to marry him. I, of course, said yes! We're incredibly excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
