We’re getting married!

We met in high school through a mutual friend. High school band also helped us cross paths a few times, too. Carly had a crush on him and set out on a mission to get him. David caught wind of it through our beloved friend (and officiant!) and asked her out on a date for September 23, 2017. We’ve been through loss, achievements, long distance, and everything you can imagine—but we still are standing strong!

On our sixth anniversary, David set up a little hike for us to do. Our good friend tagged along to take “anniversary” pictures of us while on our trek. Unbeknownst to Carly, David had planned a proposal with friends and family waiting to celebrate.
