Where are the ceremony and reception?

Answer

1207 S Howard Ave. Tampa, FL 33606. Epicurean Hotel - Garden Terrace for both ceremony and reception. Cocktail hour is poolside just below the terrace, and our coordinators will help guide all guests.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Around 4pm as the ceremony will begin at 4:30pm ET. For the ceremony, please sit on either side of the aisle - wherever you are most comfortable :) Please be mindful of any "reserved" seats or rows.

Where should I park?

Answer

**Parking at the Epicurean is valet only** Our guests can park for $5 per vehicle. Overnight guests coordinate parking through their hotel reservation. Valet is located at the entrance to the hotel on Howard Ave just past Chill Bro's Ice Cream. We ask you to please drive responsibly - we love you too much for anything to happen! Tampa has both Uber and Lyft drivers.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. This is an outdoor event, however all spaces will have covering.

Can I bring a friend?

Answer

Due to the limited space in our venue additional guests are not permitted. Please do not bring a plus one unless they are specified in your invitation.

Are we registered anywhere?

Answer

Please view the Registry tab on this website where you can find a few items from Amazon and Zola. We thank you with all our heart for joining us on our special day, which is present enough!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask you to keep your phones and cameras tucked away until after the ceremony. We have an amazing photo and video team that will be capturing it all and we'd love to see your beautiful faces in the ceremony photos!
