Yes! The dress code is Semi-Formal and Cocktail attire. We recommend slacks and a button up & cocktail dresses. No jeans please! We also ask that you stay away from the colors white and sage green dresses and gray suits. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type in the name(s) listed on your invitation. Kindly RSVP before Thursday, July 20th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final head-counts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
We would like to have an unplugged ceremony, we have a photographer to get all of those great photos. As for the reception we encourage you to take as many photos and videos you want!
Due to limited venue capacity and budget, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your envelope would list "(your name) & Guest". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyones children at our wedding due to number of restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the 'RSVP' tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to you to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend our guests to arrive between 3:30-3:45 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if we will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception. The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. There will be reserved spots for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus ones or partners).
Yes! onsite guest parking will be available and the venue had ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
Yes! We do ask that you drink responsibly.
